Surprise packages are always fun. The one that came from Nanoo and Pop the other day was no exception. According to the kids, "Nanoo always knows just what to send." Wish I could attribute it to the right kid, but I can't remember who said it. Nanoo found a Hannah Montana watch for Olivia and Pop found a Pirate Treasure Bag for McIver. They immediately dressed in the pirate costumes and had a blast playing together.
(I can't remember why Olivia grabbed the butterfly net, but it was an integral part of their play!)
Olivia ran to get all of her gold coins and added it to McIver's loot. He had the treasure stacked all around the house. We're still finding it in random places . . . like behind the toaster and under Charlotte's cat food bowl.
