We invited all of the fellows in Will's department over for another (the 3rd year in a row!) 4th of July cookout. There was a great turn out and everyone seemed to have a really good time. We introduced everyone to the "Cowboy Burger" from Central Market - tasty!!
Olivia & McIver got the 1st tattoos of the afternoon.McIver & Jack had a great time "decorating" cupcakes
(or, dumping the sprinkles into the icing and eating it by the spoonful).
Will and the kids heading to the Freedom Over Texas activities.
The kids loved that their dinner consisted of a snowcone. It was even cooler to get to decide which flavors to add - of course, they put a little bit of each flavor.
Waiting for the fireworks to start. Later, Olivia strategically placed herself in my lap so that I could cover her ears for her when the fireworks started. Too bad she couldn't hear, though, b/c McIver realized they were playing a Hannah Montana song before she did. We're not exactly proud that he recognized it, but it is just a little bit impressive.
This was Will's 4th year in a row (we missed 2006 b/c we were in Myrtle Beach) to see this fireworks show. It does not disappoint - it's amazing!!
